Register
Press the ‘INVEST’ button. Select the land and company you’d like to invest in. To buy a share in the company you will need to first verify your status. These investments are only open to High Net Worth or Sophisticated investor to qualify to hold shares in MHL.

Select your Investment
Complete the application form online, once payment and application have been confirmed you will be sent a Deed of Adherence to the Shareholders Agreement. Once the Deed is signed and returned the share certificate will be sent to you.

Leave to the team
MHL will appoint an expert promoter for each company which holds the land, they with planning experts to guide the land through the process. Shareholders will be updated on a regular basis.

Await your return
Once the land has planning the company will be tendered to developers for sale. Once the sale of the company is complete, the investor will receive a return.
